“I was born and raised in suburban Philadelphia, but my love for the sea

me to the Cape in 1971, where I have been enjoying the serene beauty and seaside
lifestyle ever since. After a 19 year ownership of Vineyard Veterinary Clinic, I switched
careers utilizing the people and business skills acquired as a vet. Carol O’Loughlin
and I have been married since 1977, and are the proud parents of two grown daughters.”

- Ivy League education at Cornell University, with B. S. degree in Economics,
and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree - 25 year career as veterinarian in small animal practice
- Real Estate Sales License in 1986, and Real Estate Brokers
